Returns & Refunds

At Lara’s Kitchen, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please note that because our meals are freshly prepared and perishable, we are unable to accept returns once food has been delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo and your order details. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement meal or a refund.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

Important Notes

  • We cannot issue refunds for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or courier delays beyond our control.

  • Your understanding ensures we can continue providing freshly prepared, high-quality meals to all our customers.
