We operate from our 5-star hygiene-rated kitchen in Kent, ensuring that all meals are prepared safely, cleanly, and to the highest standards.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders must be placed through our official website or by direct communication via phone or email.

Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by price updates.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of ingredients.

3. Delivery Policy

We deliver across the UK using trusted courier partners.
Delivery times and dates are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and being available to receive orders.

4. Refunds and Returns

As we provide perishable food products, returns cannot be accepted once meals are delivered.

Refunds or replacements may be offered in cases of:

Catering bookings require advance notice and may require a deposit to secure your date.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before an event may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.

Menu options and quantities must be confirmed at least one week prior to the event.
